Regent’s organic social media presence was heavily focused on promotional offers, lacking the emotional connection and aspirational tone expected from a luxury brand. The content didn’t fully reflect the beauty, depth, or exclusivity of the guest experience, limiting engagement and missing opportunities to inspire brand affinity and loyalty.

Progress

As Director Digital Creative & Engagement, I led the strategy, design, and engagement approach, collaborating with content creators, the creative team, and marketing leadership. We shifted focus to highlight immersive experiences—such as destination storytelling, behind-the-scenes content, and guest perspectives—while maintaining brand consistency. A refreshed visual language and curated content calendar aligned posts with the luxury traveler mindset.

Results

The redesigned app features a clean, clutter-free interface, making it easier for users to navigate and access essential features.The improved onboarding process resulted in a 35% increase in new user adoption rates.The addition of personalization and customization options enhanced user engagement, leading to a 25% increase in user retention rates.
